BOP-002.07, NNSA Federal Employee Training

To establish and implement a uniform, corporate National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) process for Federal employee training. This Business and Operating Procedure (BOP) provides detailed requirements to supplement DOE Manual 360.1-1B, Federal Employee Training Manual, dated 10-11-01. The information in this BOP is provided to improve NNSA Federal workforce performance through Federal employee training. This includes training, academic and other education programs, developmental assignments, workforce development programs that may use a range of personnel and training authorities, and other learning-related activities.
