This Supplemental Directive (SD) establishes the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Site Governance Model as the framework that the Federal Government and NNSA’s contractor partners work within to help ensure effective mission performance and operational excellence. This SD supplements the requirements of Department of Energy (DOE) Policy (P) 226.2, Department of Energy Oversight Policy, and DOE Order (O) 226.1B, Implementation of DOE Oversight Policy.
