This Supplemental Directive (SD) defines supplemental requirements and responsibilities to Department of Energy (DOE) Order (O) 206.1, Department of Energy Privacy Program, by establishing the roles of the Chief Privacy Officer (CPO) and the Privacy Act Officer (PAO) who will be responsible for implementing and managing an organizational privacy program. Supersedes SD 206.1, dated 6-22-2018.
