To establish a process for federal employee training. This Supplemental Directive (SD) fulfills the requirements of 5 United States Code (U.S.C.) Part 410, Training; complies with the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Act and 5 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Chapter 41, Training; aligns with Department of Energy (DOE) Order 360.1C, Federal Employee Training; and supports DOE Order 426.1A, Federal Technical Capability Program.
