SD 251.1B, Directives Management
The purpose of this Supplemental Directive (SD) is to implement Department of Energy (DOE) Order (O) 251.1D, Departmental Directives Program, and to define the formal system to set, communicate, and institutionalize directives(requirements, responsibilities, and procedures) specific to the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA).
